I offer individual psychotherapy and group work grounded in relational care for people navigating personal, interpersonal, and climate-related distress. My work is informed by the understanding that emotional suffering does not arise in isolation, but within relationships, communities, and the broader social and ecological conditions we live in. Together we can explore grief, anxiety, overwhelm, disconnection, and questions of meaning that can emerge during times of uncertainty and change. Through a collaborative and attuned therapeutic relationship, I support individuals and groups in strengthening connection, resilience, and a sense of agency - both within themselves and in relation to the world around them.
